Slices of smoked salmon rolled and filled with mascarpone cream cheese, spring onions, dill and a touch of lemon juice, garnished with salad leaves
 

Salsicce con Spinaci
Tuscan sausage pan-fried with onions, garlic and spinach in a red wine jus
 

Zuppa di Porri e Patate
Chef’s homemade leek and potato soup (contains butter and cream), garnished with crispy leeks and served with ciabatta bread
 

Fungho Toscana
Portobello mushroom topped with friarielli (turnips tops) and Provolone (soft Italian cheese), baked in the oven and finished with rocket leaves and Chef’s own sun-dried tomato pesto
 

Ravioli di Manzo
Squares of pasta filled with minced beef, pork and savoy cabbage. Served with a tomato and demi-glace sauce and finished with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese

 

Mains

Tacchino Tradizionale
Traditional roast turkey with Chef’s family recipe stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, finished with a turkey gravy and served with our homemade cranberry sauce
 

Pescespada con Caponata
Loin of swordfish pan-fried and served on a bed of caponata (roasted aubergines, olives, onions, celery, capers, pine kernels, fresh tomatoes, garlic and red wine vinegar). Accompanied with cubetti potatoes
 

Pollo Italiana
Corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, roasted sweet Italian peppers and onions, finished with a red wine and demi-glace sauce. Accompanied with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Crespoline con Spinaci e Ricotta
Chef’s own savoury pancakes filled with spinach and ricotta, topped with tomato and béchamel sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven. Served with a mixed salad or vegetables of the day
 

Agnello al Forno
Rump of lamb brainsed with rosemary and garlic in a red wine and balsamic sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, vegetables of the day and our homemade mint sauce

Tiramisu al Cafe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
