Starters

Salmone Affumicato
Slices of smoked salmon rolled and filled with mascarpone cream cheese, spring onions, dill and a touch of lemon juice, garnished with salad leaves

 

Polpette
Made by the Chef, traditional Italian meat balls made with beef and veal served in a rich tomato sauce

 

Zuppa di Minestrone (V)
Chef’s homemade minestrone soup finished with butter and Parmesan cheese. Served with crusty ciabatta and butter

 

Burrata con Prosciutto
Fresh Burrata cheese served with roasted cherry tomatoes, a slice of Parma ham and roasted pistachio nuts. Garnished with rocket leaves and finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

 

Arrancini (V)
Balls of rice filled with peas, feta cheese and mint, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried. Served with a roasted pepper coulis

 

Mains

Tacchino Tradizionale
Traditional roast turkey with Chef’s family recipe stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, finished with a turkey gravy and served with our homemade cranberry sauce

 

Pescespada
Loin of swordfish chargrilled and served with a black olive sauce. Accompanied with fine green beans and roasted new potatoes

 

Pollo Italiana
Corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, onions and pancetta in a cream sauce. Accompanied with mashed potatoes and vegetables of the day

 

Zucca della Casa (V)
Half a butternut squash, flesh removed and mixed with Mediterranean vegetables topped with crumbled Goat’s cheese, drizzled with olive oil and baked in the oven. Finished with a drizzle of Chef’s homemade pesto, garnished with rocket leaves and served with chips

 

Agnello al Forno
Rump of lamb braised with rosemary and garlic in a red wine and balsamic sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, vegetables of the day and our homemade mint sauce

 

Dessert

Tiramisu al Cafe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder

 

Nemesis
The ultimate chocolate cake experience! We dare you not to love it …. (Gluten free)

 

Panettone
A bread and butter pudding made with panettone, served with custard

 

Gelato (2 scoops lunchtime; 3 scoops evening)
Choose from vanilla, chocolate, coconut, cappuccino, pistachio, strawberry, rum & raisin, passion fruit sorbet, mango sorbet and lemon sorbet

 

Italian Cheeseboard (Supplement of £3.00)
A selection of imported Italian cheese (Scamorza, Chilli Pecorino, Bel Paese and Gorgonzola). Served with homemade red onion and apple chutney, savoury biscuits, celery and grapes
