Starters

Timballo di Gambero
A tower of crayfish and avocado mixed with a touch of lemon infused mayonnaise. Garnished with baby salad leaves and served with a wedge of lemon
 

Asparagi Gratinati
Fresh asparagus topped with soft Goat’s cheese, a knob of butter, and dusted with parmesan cheese, lightly grilled and finished with a drizzle of white truffle oil
 

Papardelle con Pancetta
Thick strands of pasta served with sautéed fresh garden peas, leeks and pancetta in a touch of cream. Finished with Parmesan cheese and rocket leaves
 

Insalata Tricolore
Sliced vine tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella sprinkled with oregano, garnished with rocket leaves and finished with a drizzle of basil infused extra virgin olive oil
 

Antipasto
Slices of Parma ham, Coppa, Napoli and Milano salami with olives, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Garnished with salad leaves and drizzled with olive oil

 

Mains

Pescespada alla Griglia
Loin of swordfish marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary, char-grilled and served on a bed of salad leaves tossed with green beans, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers and salted ricotta cheese
 

Agnello della Casa
Cannon of lamb brushed with Senape (Italian mustard), oven-roasted and served on a bed of crushed new potatoes with Mediterranean vegetables. Finished with roasted cherry tomatoes on the vine and drizzled with balsamic vinegar jus
 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari and mussels in shell, garlic and onions in Chef’s rich tomato sauce
 

Pollo dello Chef
Corn fed chicken breast topped with Parma ham and a slice of Goat’s cheese, pan roasted and served on a bed of semi dried tomatoes, fine green bean, rocket leaves, crumbled feta cheese and cubetti potatoes, finished with a drizzled of Mediterranean pesto
 

Crespelle
Savoury pancake filled with Mediterranean vegetables, pine nuts and spinach, topped with tomato sauce, a touch of cream and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven

 

Desserts

Tiramisu al Caffe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
