Rollada di Salmone Affumicato
Smoked salmon roulade filled with mascarpone cheese, spring onions, lemon juice, zest and dill. Served with dressed baby salad leaves and brown bread with butter
 

Pasta Faggioli
Home-made traditional Neapolitan soup made with celery, carrots, onions, Parma ham and pancetta, borlotti beans slow cooked, finished with broken spaghetti pieces and amalgamated with butter and Parmesan cheese
 

Pasticcino con Verdura
Filo pastry parcel filled with Mediterranean vegetables and Asiago cheese. Baked in the oven, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with a balsamic reduction
 

Gnocchi
Italian potato dumplings tossed with Tuscan sausage and broccoli. Finished with Parmesan cheese and a touch of butter
 

Bon-Bon di Anitra
Slow roasted duck bon-bon coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. Served with rocket leaves, beetroot and a balsamic couli

 

Mains

Tacchino Tradizionale
Traditional roast turkey with chef’s family recipe stuffing, pigs in blankets, oven roasted potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Pescespada alla Griglia
Loin of swordfish char-grilled and served with a black olive sauce. Accompanied with cubetti potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Pollo Italiana
Corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, onions Italian mustard and finished with a cream sauce. Accompanied with roasted potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Maiale al Forno
Pork loin oven-roasted. Served in its own gravy with roasted potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Parmigiana di Melanzane
Layers of aubergine with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and Bechamel sauce. Baked in the oven

 

Dessert

Tiramisu
Sponge fingers soaked in espresso coffee and rum, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
 

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server

Bread and butter pudding served with chef’s own custard
