Timballo di Gambero
A tower of fresh crayfish tails and avocado in a touch of lemon infused mayonnaise. Garnished with baby salad leaves
 

Pasta Faggioli
Home-made traditional Neapolitan soup made with celery, carrots, onions, Parma ham and pancetta, borlotti beans slow cooked, finished with broken spaghetti pieces and amalgamated with butter and Parmesan cheese
 

Pasticcino con Prosciutto
Filo pastry parcel filled with a slice of Parma ham, caramelised red onions and Goat’s cheese, baked in the oven, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with a balsamic reduction
 

Arrancini con Piselli e Menta
Pea and mint Italian rice balls, coated in bread crumbs, deep fried and served with herb (basil, chives, parsley, dill) and lemon dipping sauce
 

Paccari con Zucchini
Large pasta tubes tossed with courgette, onions and garlic in a tomato sauce, finished with grated smoked ricotta cheese

 

Mains

Tacchino Tradizionale
Traditional roast turkey with chef’s family recipe stuffing, pigs in blankets, oven roasted potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Ippoglosso
Halibut fillet pan-fried in a touch of olive oil, served with green lentils and finished with a white wine, mustard and tarragon cream sauce. Accompanied with cubetti potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Pollo Italiana
Corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, roasted sweet Italian peppers, onions and finished with a red wine and Demi glacé sauce. Accompanied with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables of the day
 

Spalla di Manzo
Beef chucks braised with onion, carrot, celery, rosemary and garlic in a rich red wine sauce. Served with mashed potato and vegetables of the day
 

Rotolo con Verdure
Home-made rolled pasta filled with sautéed onions, mushrooms, courgettes, aubergines and spinach in a béchamel sauce. Topped with tomato sauce, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven. Served with polenta fries

 

Dessert

Tiramisu
Sponge fingers soaked in espresso coffee and rum, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
 

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server

Bread and butter pudding served with chef’s own custard
