Tuscan sausage pan-fried with onions and spinach in a touch of butter, finished with red wine jus

Calamari rings dusted in seasoned flour and deep-fried. Served with tartar sauce and garnished with salad leaves and a wedge of lemon
 

Fungho Toscana
Portobello mushroom topped with friarielli (turnips tops) and provolone (soft Italian cheese), baked in the oven and finished with rocket leaves and Chef’s own sun-dried tomato pesto
 

Mains

Pescespada con Caponata
Loin of swordfish pan-fried and served on a bed of caponata (roasted aubergines, olives, onions, celery, capers, pine kernels, fresh tomatoes, garlic and red wine vinegar). Accompanied with cubetti potatoes
 

Fracosta alla Griglia
Sirloin steak marinated in olive oil and garlic, chargrilled, served with grilled cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushroom and sautéed potatoes
 

Pollo della Casa
Corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, roasted mixed peppers and red onions, finished with a white wine sauce. Accompanied with sautéed potatoes
 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari, mussels (in shell), garlic and onions in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce

Tiramisu al Cafe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
