Made by the Chef, fresh crab, dill and lemon fish cakes, deep fried and served with homemade tomato and chilli chutney

Polenta con Funghi
Deep fried polenta topped with sautéed wild mushrooms pan-fried with onions, garlic and thyme in a touch of cream sauce

Salsicce all’Italiana
Italian sausages pan-fried with onions, garlic, chilli, baby spinach and cannellini beans in touch of butter and served with warm ciabatta bread

Spaghetti\Penne Bolognese (available as a main course)
Spaghetti or pasta tubes tossed with Chef’s own Bolognese sauce and dusted with Parmesan cheese

Main Course

Salmone con Prosciutto
Fresh fillet of salmon wrapped in Parma ham, pan roasted, served on a bed of pea pure with roasted new potatoes and green beans

Pollo dello Chef
Breast of chicken topped with wilted spinach and feta cheese, baked in the oven and finished with a drizzling of pan juices and finely chopped mint. Served with sauté potatoes and herb infused carrots

Vaschetta Vegetariana
Savoury pastry case filled with roasted red onions, courgette, tomatoes and ricotta cheese baked in the oven, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and served with roasted new potatoes and salad

Maiale Verona
Loin of pork pan roasted and served on a bed of spiced red cabbage sautéed with pancetta. Accompanied by sautéed potatoes and herb infused carrots

Desserts

Rabarbaro
Chef’s own rhubarb crumble, served warm and accompanied by either custard or a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base – check with your server
