Starters

Pasticcino
Filo pastry parcel filled with Mediterranean vegetables and Asiago cheese and baked in the oven. Served with rocket leaves and Chef’s own green pesto
 

Calamari Fritti
Calamari rings dusted in flour, deep-fried and served with salad leaves and home-made tartar sauce
 

Pasta e Fagioli
Homemade traditional Neapolitan soup made from celery, carrots, onions, Parma ham, pancetta, slow-cooked borlotti beans and finished with broken spaghetti pieces. Amalgamated with butter and Parmesan cheese
 

Fegatini
Chicken livers pan-fried with sautéed onions, finished with spicy tomato sauce and served on a bed of Pugliese bread
 

Sardines Guazetto
Whole sardines cooked in white wine and stock with garlic and oregano with fresh vine tomatoes and butter
 

Penne/Spaghetti al Ragu
Tubes of pasta or spaghetti tossed with Chef’s own Bolognese sauce and dusted with Parmesan cheese

 

Mains

Lasagna
Traditional Italian lasagna made from homemade Bolognese sauce layered with Bechamel sauce, mozzarella cheese and boiled eggs, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven. Served with your choice of chips or a mixed salad
 

Costata al Rosemarino
Rib eye steak marinated in garlic, rosemary and olive oil and char-grilled. Served with Portobello mushroom, roasted cherry tomatoes and sautéed potatoes (Supplement £3.00)
 

Fegato Veneziana
Strips of Calves liver pan-fried with sautéed white onions and finished with a knob of butter. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Pollo Della Casa
Strips of chicken breast pan-fried with pancetta, red onions, cherry tomatoes and olives. Finished with a white wine and butter sauce and served with sautéed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Pescespada Salmoriglio
Swordfish loin marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and oregano, char-grilled. Served with green beans and cubetti potatoes
 

Fungho
Portobello mushroom filled with sautéed spinach, onions and pine kernels, topped with gorgonzola cheese. Served with sautéed potatoes
