Insalata di Pesce
Made by the chef, mixed fish salad (calamari, octopus, mussels, clams and water prawns) marinated in lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Served on a bed of salad leaves
 

Penne con Fungho
Pasta tubes tossed with cooked ham, chestnut mushrooms and peas, finished with cream and Parmesan cheese
 

Antipasto
Slices of Parma ham, Coppa, Napoli and Milano salami with olives, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Garnished with salad leaves and drizzled with olive oil
 

Fungho Toscana
Portobello mushroom filled with Mediterranean vegetables, topped with Asiago cheese and baked in the oven. Served on a bed of rocket and drizzled with Mediterranean pesto

 

Mains

Maiale
Fillet of pork wrapped in pancetta, pan-roasted and served with a sautéed onion, senape and cream sauce. Accompanied with sautéed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Pollo
Corn fed chicken breast marinated in olive oil, lemon and rosemary, char-grilled and served on a bed of mixed salad leaves with green beans, avocado, olives, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Finished with a drizzle of Chef’s own green pesto
 

Merluzzo
Loin of cod topped with a fresh herb, garlic and Parmesan crust, baked in the oven and served with cubetti potatoes and buttered spinach
 

Cannelloni
Large pasta tubes filled with spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheese, topped with béchamel and tomato sauce, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven

 

Dessert

Tiramisu al Caffe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
 

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server
