Made on the premises, fresh soup of the day served with warmed ciabatta bread
 

INSALATA DI GAMBERO
Crayfish tails coated in a touch of lemon mayonnaise, garnished with salad leaves and served with a wedge of lemon
 

CROSTINI DI SARDINES
Slices of ciabatta topped with fresh fillets of sardines pan-fried with chilli and garlic in a rich tomato sauce
 

PENNE RAGU
Pasta tubes tossed with Chef’s own Bolognese sauce and dusted with Parmesan cheese
 

SALMONE AFFUMICATO
Slices of smoked salmon sprinkled with capers, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with olive oil
 

INSALATA CAPRESE
Slices of mozzarella and vine tomato, garnished with salad leaves and drizzled with Chef’s rocket pesto
 

SALSICCE ALL’ITALIANA
Spicy Italian sausage pan-fried with roasted peppers and onions in a touch of olive oil


Main Course


INSALATA DI POLLO ALLA GRIGLIA
Strips of chicken marinated in olive oil with oregano and lemon juice, served on a bed of mixed salad and drizzled with olive oil
 

FUNGHI RIPIENO
Flat mushroom filled with roasted peppers and red onions, topped with Goat’s cheese and baked in the oven. Garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s pesto sauce
 

FEGATINI BALSAMICO
Chicken livers pan-fried with onions in balsamic vinegar, served with vegetables of the day and sauté potatoes
 

FILETTO DI SALMONE
Fillet of salmon pan-fried, drizzled with butter and dill, served with our own potato salad and garnished with salad leaves
 

SPAGHETTI D’ESTATE
Spaghetti tossed with cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, red onions, garlic and lemon in a touch of olive oil
 

FRITTATA
An individual omelette with spinach and sautéed onions, served with a green salad
