Starters

Fegatini con Salsice
Fresh chicken livers pan fried with Italian sausage and sautéed onions, finished with a Chianti glaze

Calamari Fritti
Calamari rings dusted in flour, deep-fried and served with chipotle mayonnaise. Garnished with baby salad leaves and a wedge of lemon

Sardines
Whole sardines pan-fried with lemon juice, butter and dill. Garnished with baby salad leaves and served with a wedge of lemon

Fungho Della Casa
Portobello mushroom filled with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, topped with a slice of Goat’s cheese and baked in the oven. Garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s own pesto

Linguine al Salmone
Thin strands of pasta tossed with flakes of fresh salmon pan fried with leeks and peas in a light cream sauce

Antipasto
Slices of Parma ham, Coppa, Napoli and Milano salami served with olives, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Garnished with salad leaves and drizzled with olive oil

Main Course

Costata Vesuvio
Rib-eye steak marinated in chilli and garlic, char-grilled and served with Portobello mushroom, roasted cherry tomatoes and sautéed potatoes

Vitello Milanese
Veal escallop coated in bread crumbs, pan-fried and served with spaghetti with tomato sauce or sautéed potatoes and curly kale

Pollo Capriciosa
Corn fed chicken breast pan-roasted with sweet peppers and wild mushrooms in a white wine sauce. Served with creamy mashed potatoes

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, mussels in the shell, squid, garlic and onions in our rich tomato sauce

Zucca
Roasted half of butternut squash, flesh scooped out and mixed with Mediterranean vegetables, put back into the skin and topped with goat’s cheese and baked in the oven. Finished with a drizzle of Chef’s own pesto and served with sautéed potatoes

Merluzzo al Guazetto
Loin of cod oven-baked with white wine, vegetable stock, chopped vine tomatoes, red onions, black olives, oregano and butter. Served with new potatoes and broccoli florets
