Char-grilled Pugliese bread topped with a slice of guanciale (cured pork cheek), slices of vine tomatoes, oregano, garnished with rocket leaves, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

Steamed English asparagus served with slices of smoked salmon and a side of fresh hollandaise sauce

Orata con Mango
Fillets of sea bream pan-fried, served with mango, avocado and chilli salsa, accompanied with cubetti potatoes and green beans

Puff pastry tart topped with Mediterranean vegetables, pesto and shavings of salted ricotta cheese, baked in the oven, garnished with rocket leaves and served with sautéed potatoes
Pollo con Carciofi
Corn fed chicken supreme, pan-roasted and served with sautéed cubetti potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, grilled artichokes, red onion, garlic and Rosemary
Agnello
Cannon of lamb marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary, char-grilled, drizzled with mint, lemon zest and balsamic dressing. Served with roasted aubergine, sautéed potatoes and green beans
