Timballo di Gamberetti
Tower of baby water prawns mixed with chives, lemon juice and avocado in mayonnaise, garnished with baby salad leaves and a wedge of lemon
 

Pappardelle con Salsice
Thick strands of pasta tossed with pan-fried Italian sausages, onions, garlic and friarielli (turnip tops), finished with parmesan cheese
 

Bruschetta di Guanciale
Char-grilled Pugliese bread topped with a slice of guanciale (cured pork cheek), slices of vine tomatoes, oregano, garnished with rocket leaves, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
 

Asparagi Hollandaise
Steamed English asparagus served with slices of smoked salmon and a side of fresh hollandaise sauce

 

Mains

Orata con Mango
Fillets of sea bream pan-fried, served with mango, avocado and chilli salsa, accompanied with cubetti potatoes and green beans
 

Foglia all Vegetariano
Puff pastry tart topped with Mediterranean vegetables, pesto and shavings of salted ricotta cheese, baked in the oven, garnished with rocket leaves and served with sautéed potatoes
 

Pollo con Carciofi
Corn fed chicken supreme, pan-roasted and served with sautéed cubetti potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, grilled artichokes, red onion, garlic and Rosemary
 

Agnello
Cannon of lamb marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary, char-grilled, drizzled with mint, lemon zest and balsamic dressing. Served with roasted aubergine, sautéed potatoes and green beans

 

Dessert

Tiramisu al Cafe
Sponge fingers soaked in expresso coffee and a shot of rum, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server.

Gelato
Two scoops of Italian ice cream – choose from amaretto, chocolate, vanilla, raspberry sorbet and lemon sorbet
