Starters
Caprino Fritto
Goat’s cheese coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried, served with rocket salad and a balsamic reduction.


Fegatini
Chicken livers pan-fried with onions, garlic and a touch of chilli in a tomato sauce.


Spaghetti Al Ragu (available as a main course also)
Spaghetti with a Bolognese style sauce finished with a dusting of Parmesan cheese
 

Bruschetta Con Vegetali
Char-grilled Italian bread topped with mixed peppers, courgettes, red onions pan-fried in olive oil with a splash of lemon juice.

 


Main Course
Merluzzo Alla Livornese
Fillet of cod baked in the oven with onions, olives, white wine in a tomato sauce
 

Pollo Al Bianchetto
Breast of chicken with a mushroom, onion and cream sauce
 

Fegato Alla Veneziana
Strips of Calves’ liver pan-fried with butter and sautéed onions
 

Vaschetta Con Funghi
Savoury pastry case filled with pan-fried mushrooms, topped with melted Taleggio cheese and served with salad leaves

All main courses are served with a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes
 

Sundries available at an additional charge.
French fries; Mixed salad; Green salad, Tomato, red onion and rocket salad.
 

Basket of Italian breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
