Salsicce alla Toscana Fresh Italian spicy sausage, sliced and pan-fried with onions and roasted peppers in a touch of olive oil, garnished with rocket leaves
Timballo di Gambero e Avocado Crayfish tails tossed in a touch of mayonnaise and lemon juice on a base of avocado, topped with salad leaves and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Linguini al Granchio (available as a main course also) Fine strands of pasta tossed with fresh white crab meat, garlic, chilli and a touch of white wine
Main CourseCostata alla Diavola Ribeye pan-fried with chilli and garlic in a red wine sauce
Lombata di Maiale Loin of pork sliced and pan roasted in a calvados and cream sauce, served on a bed of fresh chargrilled asparagus
Filetto di Branzino Fillets of Sea Bass pan-fried and served on a bed of crushed new potatoes, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s pesto sauce
Pollo dello Chef Strips of chicken breast, pan-fried with onions and mushrooms in a red wine jus
Melazane Parmigiana Slices of aubergine, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried, layered with a rich tomato sauce and mozzarella, topped with a dusting of Parmesan cheese, baked in the oven and drizzled with basil infused olive oil
Fegato Veneziana Strips of Calves’ liver pan-fried with onions in a touch of butter
All main courses are served with a selection of fresh, seasonal vegetables and potatoes

DessertsCrostata al Ciocolato A combination of white and dark chocolate crème on a digestive biscuit base, topped with flakes of chocolate and served with a scoop of coconut ice cream
Tiramisu Made by the Chef, sponge fingers soaked in coffee and marsala, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
Panna Cotta A traditional Italian cooked cream dessert, with fruit of the forest coulis
Affocato Vanilla ice cream served in a glass with hot espresso coffee poured over
Cheeseboard (Supplement of £2.50) A selection of imported Italian cheese (Dolcelatte, Pecorino with chilli flakes, Taleggio and Scamorza Affumicato) garnished with fruit and served with mango chutney
Panettone Panettone bread and butter pudding
