Starters

Involtini al Caprino
Goats’ cheese wrapped in Parma ham, lightly grilled, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s own Mediterranean pesto
 

Calamari Fritti
Calamari rings dusted in flour, deep-fried and served with salad leaves and aioli
 

Pappardelle al Giardino
Thick strands of pasta tossed with pan-roasted sun dried tomatoes, red onions, peas, pine kernels and courgettes, finished with a touch of butter and Parmesan cheese
 

Fegatini al Marsala
Chicken livers pan-fried with caremelised red onions and finished with fresh basil, a splash of Marsala wine and a touch of butter
 

Sardines
Whole sardines pan-roasted in olive oil with fresh herbs and garlic. Garnished with mixed salad leaves and a wedge of lemon

 

Main Course

Pollo al Verdura
Corn fed chicken supreme roasted with courgettes, semi-dried tomatoes, asparagus and red onions. Finished with pan jus and served with sautéed sweet potatoes
 

Costata al Rosemarino
Rib eye steak marinated in garlic, rosemary and olive oil and char-grilled. Served with Portobello mushroom, roasted cherry tomatoes and sautéed potatoes (£3 supplement)
 

Fegato con Avocado
Strips of calves’ liver pan-fried with avocado and onions, finished with a splash of red wine and a touch of Demi-glacé sauce. Accompanied with mashed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Pomodoro al Forno
Vine tomato filled with roasted sweet peppers, red onions and friarielli (turnip tops), topped with Asiago (Italian soft cheese) and baked in the oven. Garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s own pesto. Accompanied with sautéed sweet potatoes
 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari and mussels in shell, garlic and onions. Served in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce
