Fritto Misto
Fillet of red mullet, white bait, tiger prawns, calamari and julienne of courgette, dusted in flour, deep fried and served with mixed salad and home-made tartar sauce
 

Crostata all Griglia
Sirloin steak marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary and char-grilled. Served with grilled cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushroom and sautéed potatoes
 

Pollo Ripieno
Corn fed chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of Parma ham, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, mascarpone cheese, flat leaf parsley and Parmesan cheese and roasted in the oven. Served on a bed of mixed salad leaves, green beans, avocado and shavings of salted ricotta cheese
 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari, mussels in shell, garlic and onions in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce
