Starters

Insalata di Gambero
Fresh crayfish tails mixed with light mayonnaise, avocado and a touch of lemon juice. Garnished with baby salad leaves
 

Pappardelle al Cinghiale
Thick strands of pasta tossed with slow cooked wild boar in a rich tomato and Chianti sauce, finished with Parmesan cheese
 

Calamari Fritti
Calamari rings dusted in flour, deep-fried, served with salad leaves and Chefs’ own tartar sauce
 

Pasticcino
Filo pastry filled with peas, mint, spinach and feta cheese, baked in the oven and drizzled with Mediterranean pesto
 

Salsice con Pepperoni
Tuscan sausage pan-fried with roasted sweet mixed peppers, red onions and borlotti beans. Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

 

Mains

Fracosta alla Griglia
Sirloin steak marinated in olive oil and garlic, char-grilled and served with grilled cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushroom and sautéed potatoes
 

Pollo
Corn fed supreme chicken breast pan-fried with chestnut mushrooms, roasted sweet mixed peppers and red onions. Finished with a splash of red wine and Demi-glacé sauce and accompanied with sautéed potatoes and green beans
 

Branzino
Sea bass fillets pan-fried and served on bed of cherry tomatoes with a fresh herbs and Kalamata olive salsa. Accompanied with cubetti potatoes and green beans
 

Zucca al Forno
Half a butternut squash, roasted in the oven, flesh removed and mixed with Mediterranean vegetables, placed back in the skin, topped with Goat’s cheese and returned to the oven. Finished with a drizzle of Chef’s own pesto and served with sautéed potatoes
 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari and mussels in shell, garlic and onions in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce

 

Dessert

Tiramisu al Caffe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
 

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server
