Polpette di Pesce
Made by the chef, salmon, crab and potato fish balls infused with lemon zest and dill, coated in breadcrumbs, deep fried and served with aioli and garnished with salad leaves
 

Salsicce con Spinaci
Tuscan sausages pan-fried with onions and spinach, finished with a red wine jus
 

Antipasto
Slices of Parma ham, Coppa, Napoli and Milano salami with olives, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, garnished with salad leaves and drizzled with olive oil
 

Fungho Toscana
Portobello mushroom topped with friarielli (turnips tops), provolone (soft Italian cheese) baked in the oven and finished with rocket leaves and Chef’s own sun-dried tomato pesto
 

Pappardelle con Pollo
Thick strands of pasta tossed with pan-fried chicken strips, ribbons of courgettes and carrots. Finished with butter and Parmesan cheese

 

Mains

Fracosta alla Griglia
Sirloin steak marinated in olive oil and garlic, char-grilled and served with grilled cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushroom and sautéed potatoes
 

Pollo
Corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, roasted mixed peppers and red onions. Finished with a white wine sauce and accompanied with sautéed potatoes
 

Pescespada con Caponata
Loin of swordfish pan-fried and served on a bed of caponata (roasted aubergines, olives, onions, celery, capers, pine kernels, fresh tomatoes, garlic and red wine vinegar) accompanied with cubetti potatoes
 

Crespelle
Savoury pancake filled with Mediterranean vegetables and Goats’ cheese, topped with a rich tomato sauce and cream, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven
 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari and mussels in shell, garlic and onions in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce

 

Dessert

Tiramisu al Caffe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder

A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server
