Coniglio con Pancetta
Saddle of rabbit filled with herbs, chilli, garlic and Senape Italian mustard, wrapped in pancetta, pan-roasted and finished with tarragon and crème fraiche sauce. Served with sautéd potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Maiale al Forno
Loin of pork, marinated in white wine, Worcester sauce, Tabasco, garlic, red paprika, white wine vinegar and olive oil and then slow-braised in the oven. Served with sautéd potatoes and broccoli
 

Branzino
Fillets of sea bass pan-fried and served on a bed of new potatoes, friarielli ( turnip tops) and semi-dried cherry tomatoes. Drizzled with home-made pesto
 

Parmigiana Melanzane
Aubergines layered with rich tomato sauce, basil oil, oregano, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, and baked in the oven

 

Spaghetti Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, calamari and mussels in shell, garlic and onions in Chef’s own rich tomato sauce

Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
