Starters

Insalata Tricolore
Sliced vine tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella sprinkled with oregano, garnished with rocket leaves and finished with a drizzle of basil infused extra virgin olive oil
 

Asparagi
Fresh asparagus topped with Parma ham, dusted with Parmesan cheese, topped with a knob of butter and lightly grilled
 

Salsiccia
Italian sausages pan fried with turnip tops, chili, garlic and cannellini beans, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
 

Timballo di Gambero
A tower of fresh crayfish and avocado tossed with a light lemon mayonnaise and garnished with baby salad leaves

 

Mains

Fracosta alla Griglia
Sirloin steak marinated in olive oil and garlic, chargrilled. Served with grilled cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushroom and sautéed potatoes
 

Spaghettin Marinara
Spaghetti tossed with pan-fried baby clams, prawns, mussels in the shell, squid, garlic and onions in a rich tomato sauce
 

Pollo alla Griglia
Corn fed chicken breast marinated in lemon juice, chili and honey, char-grilled and served on a bed of cubetti potatoes, Italian sweet peppers, green beans, rocket leaves and finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
 

Orata
Fillets of Sea Bream pan fried and served on a bed of cherry tomatoes with a fresh herb and Kalamata olive salsa. Accompanied with cubetti potatoes and fine green beans
 

Cannelloni
Large pasta tubes filled with ricotta cheese, chestnut mushrooms, dried porcini mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. Topped with a pesto Bechamel sauce, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven

 

Dessert

Tiramisu al Caffe
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
 

Cheesecake
A sumptuous cheesecake of the day set on a digestive biscuit base - check with your server

Gelato
Three scoops of Italian ice cream - choose from vanilla, chocolate, coconut, cappuccino, pistachio, strawberry, rum & raising, blood orange sorbet and lemon sorbet

A selection of imported Italian (Gorgonzola, Asiago, scamorza affumicato (smoked), pecorino picante) served with red onion chutney tomato, savoury biscuits, celery and grapes

A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person will be required at time of booking. Please note that this deposit is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances and does not follow our normal cancellation policy.
