Char-grilled Pugliese bread topped with mashed avocado infused with chilli and lime juice, topped with crumbled feta cheese, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

Tubes of pasta or spaghetti tossed with Chef’s own Bolognese sauce and dusted with Parmesan cheese
 

Sardines
Whole sardines pan-fried with a lemon and dill sauce. Garnished with mixed salad leaves and a wedge of lemon
 

Fegatini con Pancetta
Chicken livers pan-fried with sautéed onions and pancetta lardons, finished with a touch of butter
 

Insalata Gambero
Crayfish tails tossed with diced vine tomato, avocado, cucumber, chilli and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Served with mixed salad leaves
 

Caprino Fritto
Slice of Goat’s cheese coated in breadcrumbs, deep fried, served on a bed of rocket leaves and drizzled with a honey and balsamic reduction

 

Main Course

Fegato con Peperoni
Strips of calves’ liver pan-fried with sweet mixed peppers, red onions and sage, finished with a splash of red wine and a touch of demi-glacé sauce. Accompanied with mashed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Pollo Limone
Strips of corn fed chicken breast pan-fried with red onions, finished with lemon juice and butter sauce. Accompanied with sautéed potatoes and broccoli florets
 

Costata di Vesuvio
Rib eye steak marinated in garlic, chili and olive oil, char-grilled, served with Portobello mushroom, roasted cherry tomatoes and sautéed potatoes. Supplement of £3.00 applies
 

Lasagna
Traditional Italian lasagna made from homemade Bolognese sauce layered with Bechamel sauce, mozzarella cheese and boiled eggs, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven. Served with your choice of chips or a mixed salad
 

Pomodoro al Forno
Vine tomato filled with roasted sweet peppers, red onions and friarielli (turnip tops), topped with Asiago (Italian soft cheese) and baked in the oven. Garnished with rocket leaves, drizzled with chefs own pesto and accompanied with sautéed potatoes
 

Salmone al Rosmarino
Salmon fillet pan-roasted, served on a bed of roasted cubetti potatoes, onions, rosemary, cherry tomatoes, garlic and green beans. Garnished with a wedge of lemon
