Tuscan sausage pan-fried with roasted mixed peppers, borlotti beans and red onions. Garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with olive oil
 

Penne/Spaghetti al Ragu
Your choice of pasta tubes or spaghetti, tossed with chef's own Bolognese sauce and dusted with Parmesan cheese
 

Zuppa del Giorno
Chef’s home-made soup of the day served with char-grilled ciabatta bread – check with your server
 

Bianchetto
Whitebait dusted in flour, deep-fried and served with salad leaves, a wedge of lemon and a lemon and red paprika mayonnaise
 

Fegatini
Fresh chicken livers pan-fried with sautéed white onions and finished with spicy tomato sauce. Accompanied with slices of char-grilled ciabatta bread
 

Crostini con Funghi
Slice of char-grilled Pugliese bread topped with pan-fried chestnut mushrooms, white onions, garlic and thyme. Finished with a touch of cream

 

Main Course

Pollo Limone
Chicken strips pan-fried with red onions and finished with a lemon and butter sauce. Served with sautéed potatoes and carrots
 

Salmone
Fillet of salmon pan-fried with onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic, green beans, rosemary and cubetti potatoes
 

Frittata
Egg omelet with sliced mushrooms, onions, mixed roasted peppers and Parmesan cheese. Served with sauté potatoes
 

Costata al Griglia
Rib-eye steak marinated in olive oil, garlic and chilli, char-grilled and served with Portobello mushroom, roasted cherry tomatoes and sautéed potatoes. Supplement of £3.00 applies
 

Fegato ala Veneziana
Strips of calves’ liver pan-fried with sautéed white onions in a touch of butter. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and buttered carrots
 

Lasagna
Traditional Italian lasagna made from homemade Bolognese sauce layered with Bechamel sauce, mozzarella cheese and boiled eggs, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven. Served with your choice of chips or mixed salad
